Mobile Services International Consultancy is dedicated to the quality policy that will ensure that it’s consultancy solutions to the wireless network industry and related operations fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times.

The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Commitment to understanding the context of the business, implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essential to realising that goal. Consideration of interested parties and risk management are essential factors for the ongoing development of the company.

Mobile Services International Consultancy believes in the concept of customer and supplier working together in pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements in its management of consultancy services encompassing: network evolution, spectrum harmonisation, network automation, network analytics, IoT, connected living, network security, private and government networks to clients worldwide, quality and safety. Ensuring that legal obligations and commitment to satisfy applicable requirements are fully maintained.

The quality policy is based on 3 fundamental principles:
  1. Ensuring that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our customers.
  2. Looking at our service provision processes, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them.
  3. Everyone understanding how to do their job and doing it right first time.
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.

Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy, will be set, determined and monitored at Management Review.

The quality policy principles and objectives will be communicated and available to staff at all times. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives.

Within this Policy we are committed to operating our Company under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management System conforming to the International Standard IS0 9001:2015, planned and developed jointly with our other management functions.

We are all committed to operating to this standard for continual improvement and we will maintain the necessary Quality Approvals consistent with our customer requirements.

ISO 14001 Environmental Policy Statement

1. General statement

Mobile Systems International Consultancy is a professional and environmentally conscious company operating in the mobile telecommunications sector which acknowledges the impact that our operations may potentially have on the environment.

2. Aims and objectives

The organisation fully commits to:
  • protect the environment
  • determine legal compliance obligations and ensure operations are completed in accordance with them
  • continually improve the environmental management system to enhance environmental performance through objectives and targets, and qualify during Management Review
  • evaluate fulfiment of legal and other compliance obligations
  • implement and maintain an environmental management system that is in compliance with ISO 14001: 2015
  • correct non-conformities in a timely manner
  • allocate suitable and sufficient resources which enable the company to achieve its environmental aims and objectives
  • prevent pollution, reduce waste and ensure that, wherever practical, measures are implemented to protect and preserve natural habitats, flora and fauna
  • consider the effects that our operations may have on the local community
  • take action to eliminate or reduce, as far as practicable, any potentially adverse environmental impacts identified in aspects register
  • promote environmental awareness amongst our suppliers, contractors and partners by the implementation of operational procedures
  • complete internal audits and following a path of continual improvement
  • ensure that directors and management are fully engaged in the management of environmental issues
  • seek to work in partnership with the community by behaving in a considerate and socially responsible manner
  • ensure effective and expedient incident control, investigation and reporting
  • assess and, where practicable to do so, reduce the environmental impact of the company’s products and services
Directors, management and supervisory staff have responsibilities for the implementation of the policy and must ensure that environmental issues are given adequate consideration in the planning and day-to-day supervision of all work. All employees and subcontractors are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others or the environment. This includes co-operating with management on any environment-related matter. The Directors has overall responsibility and accountability for environmental matters.

Health and Safety Policy Statement

Mobile Systems International Consultancy will comply with responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and other relevant safety legislation with regards to its employees and others when undertaking its construction activities and related operations at all times.

It is the policy of the company to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all employees. We also accept our responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities and will act positively where possible, to prevent injury, ill health, damage and loss to both property and the environment arising from our services.

Therefore, the company accepts the responsibility:
  1. 1- To provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions on their premises taking account of relevant statutory requirements and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities with regards to environmental matters.
  2. 2- To foster an interest in Health & Safety throughout the company’s activities and consolidate this into a constant awareness and responsibility for these matters at work and for management to set an example in safe behaviour.
  3. 3- To provide such training as may be relevant to their particular operations to assist employees at all levels to perform their work safely and efficiently.
  4. 4- To make available such safety devices and protective equipment as may be appropriate and to secure the supervision of their use.
  5. 5- The company will actively carry out risk assessments of all aspects of the business.
  6. 6- See that all new Company or legal instruction in respect of Health & Safety is communicated to all employees, keeping them abreast of standards, codes of practice and relevant statutory provisions.
  7. 7- To establish and regularly review objectives and legal obligations to continually improve safe systems of work.
Employees of the company have a duty to co-operate in this objective:
  1. 1- By working in a safe and efficient manner with regard to not only their own safety but also that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
  2. 2- By properly using safety devices and protective equipment provided and by meeting statutory obligations.
  3. 3- By reporting any incident that has or could have caused injury or damage and follow the correct accident reporting procedure.
  4. 4- By co-operating in the investigation of accidents with the object of introducing measures to minimise the possibility of recurrence.
  5. 5- By adhering to company procedures and observing instructions designed to contribute to the protection of health and safety.
  6. 6- Discussion and participation about Health & Safety, accident prevention and environmental issues will be encouraged at all levels of employee. To this end safety meetings will be held on a regular basis.
This statement of health & safety policy meets the requirements of ISO 45001 and is communicated to all employees of the company and interested parties. The Directors have full responsibility, authority and accountability relating to Health and Safety obligations.

Statement of Intent Information Security Policy

The Policy of Mobile Systems International Consultancy is on a continuing basis to exercise due care and due diligence to protect Information Systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, modification, disruption or distribution. This will ensure that our reputation with our clients, and all related interested parties is maintained through confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Senior Management will ensure commitment to business, legal, regulatory, applicable requirements and contractual security obligations are taken into account. Risk Assessments against agreed criteria is continually undertaken.

The Senior Management Team bears the responsibility for establishing and maintaining the system and undertakes to ensure its integrity is maintained through instruction, policies and training of its staff and that each employee has a proper understanding of what is required of them.

Equally every employee has a personal responsibility to maintain this integrity.

Further the Management will ensure any contractor employed for a particular function will meet the requirements specified and accept responsibility for their actions.

The company has a Policy of Continual Improvement and Objective setting in line with the ISO 27001:2017 Standard requirements.

Objectives and Targets are set to meet the requirements of this policy and are reviewed regularly at management reviews to enable continual improvement. The policy will be made available to interested parties as appropriate.

The Information Security Management System will be monitored regularly under the Management Team’s ultimate responsibility with regular reporting of the status and effectiveness at all levels.
