We are currently seeking highly skilled 2G and 3G RF Planning and Optimization Experts to join our Middle Eastern projects.
The successful candidates must have atleast 4 years Huawei experience and have worked in the industry for atleast 6 years
You should be proficient in 2G and 3G Radio Planning and Optimisation Dimensioning and Capacity Management, maintaining 2G/3G network KPI's, Configuration Management, Change Management, Troubleshooting and optimizing of the network.
The succesful candidate will be expected to manamge parameters in order to improve the KPIs Weekly network status, this will include identifying clusters and routes for Drive Test Technicians.
You will be responsible for the management and training of Junior Engineers and ensure a quality service to our customers.
Previous experience within similar roles is essential aswell as the ability to adapt efficiently and quickly to network requirements and the ability to adapt quickly to new projects. The role also requires strong communication skills.
